The Pathways level one program supports women in following their dreams so that they can fulfill their potential and contribute to a more equitable world.
While we have had great success, one-time programs can only go so far.
Our vision is to create a vibrant community and sanctuary for Pathways students and graduates. This community would provide resources and support to help many more racialized, immigrant, refugee, and undocumented women to:
enhance their economic security
grow their leadership skills
expand their toolbox for self and community care
advocate for racial and environmental justice
This bold vision requires investment. With your help, we plan to create an internship program for new Pathways facilitators.
This program would identify a small group of racialized, immigrant, and/or refugee women who have considerable facilitation experience, leadership skills, and knowledge of relevant systemic barriers. These women would be trained in the Pathways model and help to expand our programs and services year-round.
Our expansion would also include:
Hosting more Pathways level one programs
Developing a new level one program for younger women
Developing level two for Pathways graduates
Providing opportunities for Pathways graduates to build their leadership capacity by supporting the level one students with mentorship
Please contact us to discuss sponsorship opportunities.
Many funding opportunities are short-term and limited. By supporting us in expanding our level one program, creating our level two program, and launching our on-going community, we can ensure the most marginalized voices are empowered to reach their full leadership potential.
